The laboratory component of this course introduces the student to the concepts of ultrasound instrumentation, an introduction to ultrasonic scanning technique, and maintenance of ultrasound equipment. Language skills are reinforced through required individual lab practice.

10-802-105 SPANISH 102 ...Learners expand their developing language skills by continuing the development of vocabulary, pronunciation, and grammar essentials. Use of the target language in conversation, reading, and writing increases. Includes additional history and cultural aspects of the people who speak Spanish in the US and around the world. Prerequisite: Spanish 101 with C or better or equivalent (1 year of high school Spanish with a grade of C or better; 1 semester of college Spanish with a grade of C or better).
