10-863-201 IEP INTERMEDIATE READING ...students practice reading comprehension strategies, such as skimming, scanning, and using context to determine vocabulary meaning. Students also develop word-building and dictionary skills and create a plan for vocabulary acquisition. (Prerequisite: TOEFL (pbt) = 400 or IELTS 4.0-5.0 or OOPT = 35 or CaMLA = 35 or CEFR A2-B1; Corequisite: 10-863-200, IEP Int Listening/Speaking, 10-863-202, IEP Intermediate Writing, 10-863-203, IEP Intermediate Grammar)
