Course Description
EMT Part B (Emergency Medical Technician Part B) (10-531-112)...will build upon the foundational knowledge obtained in EMT Part A. Topics include: medical patient management, trauma patient management, management of special populations, basic pathophysiology, and ambulance operations. Candidates who complete EMT Part A and EMT Part B will be eligible to participate in the National Registry of EMT's (NREMT) EMT exams required for Wisconsin DHS EMT licensure.
Prerequisite: Completion of EMT Part A (10-531-111) with a "C" or better, completed EMT program application and requirements
