- Differentiate between the characteristics of sole proprietorships, partnerships, limited partnerships, registered limited liability partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies.
- Contrast the laws involving sole proprietorships, partnerships, limited partnerships, registered limited liability partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies.
- Determine the appropriate business organization for a business to adopt.
