  1. Install and configure PC operating systems
  2. Utilize Internet I.T. resources
  3. Create bootable media for I.T. solutions (malware checking, alternative OS's)
  4. Create unattended operating system install media
  5. Create data backups and drive images to support disaster recovery plans
  6. Diagnose and troubleshoot computer problems/issues
  7. Build a Server/Rack system to create a complete network environment for the classroom
  8. Install and Utilize Virtualization Software
