Robert Gordon University (Scotland)
NWTC's partnership with Robert Gordon University allows you as an international transfer student to start a degree with RGU from an equivalent entry point. Included NWTC associate degrees:
St. Norbert College
St. Norbert College and NWTC signed an articulation agreement offering graduates of NWTC's Data Analytics program a direct and seamless pathway to complete a four-year degree in data analytics. Qualified NWTC students earning an associate degree in data analytics can transfer up to 64 credits to SNC and complete their bachelor’s in just two additional years.
University of Maryland Global Campus

University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire

University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh
Our partnership with UW-Oshkosh includes transfer agreements for the following associate degree programs in our College of STEM:
University of Wisconsin - Platteville
Through UW-Platteville's Engineering Partnership Program (PEP), NWTC students can earn a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Industrial & Systems Engineering (BSISE), or Mechanical Engineering (BSME) – without needing to relocate. This partnership offers flexible transfer pathways:
- Begin with NWTC Associate of Science (AS) degree. Students who want a direct path to a four-year degree can start with the AS program, then transfer smoothly into UW-Platteville’s Electrical, Industrial & Systems, or Mechanical Engineering programs.
- Start with NWTC's applied associate of science (A.A.S) degrees in Electrical Engineering Technology or Mechanical Design Technology. Students in these programs can then dual enroll with UW-Platteville’s BSEE, BSISE, or BSME after completing 2-4 semesters of coursework.
- Work in the technology field before transferring. Students who want to work in the Electrical Engineering Technology field (or study while working) can complete the A.A.S. plus an additional ~17 credits to earn the Associate of Science (AS) degree, then transfer to Platteville.
University of Wisconsin - Stout
NWTC's partnership with UW-Stout offers a smooth transition to complete a bachelor's degree. Several College of STEM offerings are included in this transfer partnership.
