Solar Plus Storage & EV Charging
10-482-127 SOLAR PLUS STORAGE & EV CHARGING ...provides the opportunity for the learner to develop the basic working knowledge and skills required in the application and design of solar energy systems that include energy storage and incorporate EV charging. Topics of concentration include types of energy storage, sizing energy storage, integrating energy storage with residential and commercial solar systems and EV charging systems. Solidworks Fundamentals
10-606-160 SOLIDWORKS FUNDAMENTALS ...introduces terminology; software operation and interface layout. It also exposes the student to creating basic models, assemblies & using the drawing environment.
SolidWorks Intermediate
10-606-106 SOLIDWORKS INTERMEDIATE ...introduces using intermediate features such as patterns, revolve, and sweep. Students learn how to measure center of gravity on assemblies and to create completely dimensioned orthographic drawings. (Prerequisite: 10-606-160, SolidWorks Fundamentals)
SolidWorks Simulation

Sonography Physics 1
10-526-221 SONOGRAPHY PHYSICS 1 ...introduces physics and instrumentation relevant to diagnostic medical sonography. Learners explore how principles of sound propagation in tissues create a sonographic image. (Prerequisites: Accepted into the Diagnostic Medical Sonography OR Echocardiography Program; 10-806-164, General Physics 2)
Sonography Physics 2
10-526-222 SONOGRAPHY PHYSICS 2 ...continues the study of physics and instrumentation relevant to diagnostic medical sonography. The laboratory component of this course introduces the student to the concepts of ultrasound instrumentation, an introduction to ultrasonic scanning technique, and maintenance of ultrasound equipment. (Prerequisite: Accepted into the Diagnostic Medical Sonography OR Echocardiography Program; Corequisite: 10-526-221, Sonography Physics 1)

Spanish 101
10-802-104 SPANISH 101 ...Learners begin an introduction to the five key components of language study (listening/understanding, speaking, reading, writing, and culture). Task-based instruction emphasizes pronunciation, grammar essentials, basic conversation, and cultural aspects of the people who speak Spanish in the US and around the world. Language skills are reinforced through required individual lab practice.
Spanish 102
10-802-105 SPANISH 102 ...Learners expand their developing language skills by continuing the development of vocabulary, pronunciation, and grammar essentials. Use of the target language in conversation, reading, and writing increases. Includes additional history and cultural aspects of the people who speak Spanish in the US and around the world. Task-based instruction and individual lab practice required. Prerequisite: Spanish 101 with C or better or equivalent (1 year of high school Spanish with a grade of C or better; 1 semester of college Spanish with a grade of C or better).
