Off Campus Software Access

Access the NWTC Network from an internet connection anywhere! Use the Virtual Desktop for remote access to:
  • Use NWTC Software
  • Save files to your H: Drive
  • Send files to be printed through NWTC_Print

If you are receiving an error message that says, “The desktop source for this desktop are not responding, please try connecting to this desktop again later, or contact your system administrator.” this means the virtual desktop pool has reached its maximum number of sessions.  Try closing out of the VDI, then try again in 5 minutes.  IIT is working on adding additional resources and we appreciate your patience.
 
VDI error message that says "All available desktop sources for this desktop are currently busy. Please try connecting to this desktop again later, or contact your system administrator."

NOTE: HTML Access cannot connect to a USB. For USB access install the VMWare App.
