In August, U.S. Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona and U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin of Wisconsin visited NWTC Green Bay to discuss President Biden’s Build Back Better plan. During the visit, Cardona and Baldwin sat down with students to discuss their experiences at NWTC and thoughts about Build Back Better, a plan that includes building pathways to affordable education. Cardona and Baldwin also toured the campus to learn about the College’s ongoing initiatives to grow and diversify the engineering technology and manufacturing workforces in Northeast Wisconsin.
