The NWTC Foundation proudly welcomes its recently appointed Board of Directors; Barb Streubel, Nikki Kimbrough, and Steve Marshall.
Each appointee brings a wealth of experience to furthering the Foundation’s mission of making college possible for all.
- Barb Streubel, serving as the Chief Information Officer at Krueger International, Inc., holds over 40 years of experience in the information technology sector. Streubel earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Silver Lake College.
- Nikki Kimbrough, the Founder of Kimbrough Adult Family Home, brings almost 20 years of invaluable professional experience from community service organizations. Kimbrough received a degree for Daycare Licensing as well as Administrator Licensing.
- Steve Marshall, currently the Vice President of Commercial Lending at First Business Bank, brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience within the banking and finance industry. Marshall earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

The NWTC Foundation is a nonprofit organization, established in 1970, and governed by a volunteer board of directors. The Foundation accepts charitable gifts on behalf of Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and distributes the contributions in accordance with the donors’ wishes.
Last year alone, the NWTC Foundation raised over $2.2 million for the college and its students, providing vital resources through scholarships and other financial needs.
