As part of our commitment to supporting small business and entrepreneurial growth in the region, the Small Business Initiative at NWTC offers workshops, one-on-one coaching, round tables, networking events and more. We work with growth-minded small and micro business owners and entrepreneurs who want to achieve peak performance and sustainable growth. 

Start Right Intro to Entrepreneurship - $12

Do you have an idea for a business? Do you need a business plan and not sure where to begin? Are you lacking direction in an existing small business?

Attend Start Right the First Time: Intro to Entrepreneurship to find answers to your questions and discover how to get connected to the people and resources that can help you succeed. Pop-Up Shop - $79

Have you been curious about the pop-up shop phenomenon and whether it is an option for your entreprenurial venture?  Because they are fast, inexpensive and temporary, pop-up shops have become a great way to get rid of old inventory, test a new market and/or vet a new business idea. Whatever your goal is, no doubt making local and buying local are great grassroot ways to grow the economy!

During this 3 hour workshop, you will learn the key steps needed to launch a pop-up shop which include:

Marketing Strategies for Small Business Owners - $99
