Services Update

  • We are working virtually to continue serving you!
  • Please log into the student portal and click on My.Financials to view your eBill, make a payment, and better manage your student financial account and payment plan.
  • Students will be informed with any updates and communications regarding your account via NWTC campus email.
  • It is important for students to keep their contact information up to date. Please log into your student portal to review and make any necessary updates to your contact information.

Helpful information that will create a positive experience:

Student Financial Services sends official communications to the students' NWTC campus email accounts.
NWTC uses electronic billing (eBill). eBills are sent out every other week for students with account balances. To view your eBill, please log into My.Financials.
My.Financials allows you to make a payment, enroll into a payment plan, view eBills, and add authorized user(s) to help you better manage your student account.
If a parent or family member is paying for your education, please enroll them as an authorized user through My.Financials.
