Civilian Firearms

In these 16-hour courses, learners will develop and practice safe handgun handling skills. No firearms training or experience is required!  Students in this class must be legally eligible to possess a firearm.

Successful completion of this course meets the training requirements to apply for a Conceal Carry Weapon permit from the Wisconsin DOJ.  The course fee is due at the time of registration which includes a background check which attendees must pass prior to class.

All classes are held at the Public Safety Training Complex at the NWTC-Green Bay campus.
