(Prerequisite: Woodturning 3: Intermediate, 10-306-102)

  2. Identify wood product development choices.
  3. Differentiate between functions for equipment use.
  4. Facilitate wood selection for lathe turning in product development.
  5. List the gluing procedure for banding pieces of wood together.
  6. Perform spindle turning between centers for product development.
  7. Perform faceplate turning for bowl product development.
  8. Perform the sanding and finishing application to the wood product.
  9. Explore the American Association of Woodturner (AAW) organization.
  10. Explore the development of a entrepreneur/micro-business plan for the marketplace.
