What will I learn?
- Apply ANSI Y14.5-2009 standards for dimensioning mechanical prints
- Determine proper tolerance method to convey on mechanical prints
- Produce working drawings consistent with mechanical design field
- Construct weldment drawings per mechanical drawing standards
- Illustrate sheet metal drawings utilizing various bend allowance formulas
- Identify stock components in mechanical designs
- Prepare complete mechanical design project as a group
