Course Description
10-662-112 DC/AC 3 ...apply Thevenin's and Norton's Theorems in practical problems involving complex AC circuits. Solve complex AC circuits using Mesh and Nodal techniques and describe power flow in complex AC circuits. (Prerequisite: 10-660-109, AC 3: RLC Circuits)

- Demonstrate background in basic AC impedance and circuit concepts and analysis

- Demonstrate the techniques necessary to analyze an AC circuit in steady state using series parallel, nodal analysis, and fundamental network theorems.
- Demonstrate the techniques necessary to calculate the complex power of any AC electrical circuit.
- Demonstrate the proper use of electrical measurement equipment in the laboratory.
