47-196-615 CHALLENGING COWORKERS ...the American workplace attracts all kinds of people whose personalities, goals, cultures, and communication skills and styles are all over the map. These diverse differences in their approaches to work and their coworkers will often lead to discovery, breakthrough, and success. But not always… This course will focus on identifying coworkers who may be challenging to work with. Emphasis will be placed on honing communication skills and de-escalation methods, motivating underperforming employees, and creating/implementing problem-solving strategies when working with “difficult” coworkers – including your supervisor and those whom you may supervise!
