Recognizing alumni and businesses making a positive impact

NWTC hosts its annual night of celebration to recognize alumni and local businesses that are making a positive impact on our community.

The 2023 award recipients include:

• Savanah L. Saldaña-Shumaker receives NWTC Distinguished Alumni for outstanding personal and professional achievements, commitment to the College’s values, and community involvement. 
• Jared Maurina receives NWTC Soaring Recent Alumni for accomplishments and notable achievements early in their career.
• Bellin Health receives NWTC Soar Higher Partner for its great partnership to the College and support of its students.

Nominations for these awards are accepted year-round and can be submitted at NWTC's alumni nomination form.
