Safeguarding the food supply and patron health is a primary concern of food service operations.

NWTC offers initial certification classes in Green Bay and throughout the district. Classes culminate with the administration of the written exam. 
Select from the classes listed below and register early to avoid disappointment.

It is our experience that learners who read and study the ServeSafe Essentials text prior to the first class have a higher pass rate on the National Restaurant Association exam.

                     Log in and Search Classes (If you have an NWTC log in make this selection)

                     Search Classes as a Guest (If you do not have an NWTC log in make this selection)

3.) Select the correct term from the drop down

4.) Search by either the 5-digit class number or by the course title

5.) Click the ‘View Classes’ button

6.) Select the class you want to attend and finish the registration process.
