- Solve closed piping system problems using the Hazen-Williams formula and nomograph
- Solve problems related to gravity flow in pipes and other sections using Manning's equation
- Apply concepts of hydraulics to sewer design
- Summarize parameters considered in water quality
- Solve problems related to wastewater treatment
- Solve rainfall problems including depth, volume, intensity, and frequency
- Apply concepts of reservoir design in determining reservoir yield and volume
