10-550-173 PSYCHOPHARMACOLOGY ... Learners will be introduced to the basic concepts of psychopharmacology and the function of the organs and systems of the human body and brain. Discuss psychotropic drugs used to treat mental illness and substance use disorders. Explore the effects of various drugs on the human body and aspects of withdrawal. Apply reflective practitioner techniques.
