Course Description
50-080-701 ORGANIC FARM SYSTEMS ...Introduces organic and systems approach to vegetable farming. Examines crop rotation plans; weeds, pests, and disease plans; soil fertility and conservation plans, and organic certification paperwork. In addition, apprentices examine career pathways in organic vegetable farming and begin a career plan.
