(Prerequisite: Accepted into Welding program or Metal Fabrication technical diploma; Corequisite: 31-457-337 Metal Fabrication I)

Course Competencies

  1. Identify Metal Fabrication Hazards
  2. Utilize Sawing Equipment to Fabricate
  3. Demonstrate using drill and tap equipment
  4. Utilize hydraulic ironwork.
  5. Utilize a hand brake/box and pan.
  6. Utilize a power press brake.
  7. Utilize a forming roll.
  8. Fabricate structural shape joints
  9. Demonstrate basic Operation of CNC plasma burners
