  1. Gather data based on awareness of curent process applications to achieve customer needs.
  2. Document process activities using value stream mapping.
  3. Evaluate process weaknesses to select specific time based improvement techniques.
  4. Evaluate quick response initiatives for focused improvements.
  5. Measure current process activity performances to identify improvement opportunities.
  6. Identify root causes of process limitations utilizing data analysis.
  7. Identify improvement applications to current processes to increase customer satisfaction.
  8. Design and implement improvement applications.
  9. Evaluate increase in customer satisfaction from planned improvements.
  10. Design modifications of current processes to standardize improvements.
  11. Implement control measures modifications to measure and sustain process improvements.
