Course Description
76-890-835 HSED TO WORK (CCR 1) - HEALTH... This course is a cross curricular (integrated subject material) and universal (understood across time and culture) unit that provides a comprehensive overview of health information. Competencies in health, science, mathematics, social studies, and communication will be covered. Topics include: physical, mental, and emotional health; routine health care, nutrition, safety and prevention, responsible decision making, drug and alcohol abuse, conflict resolution, and the study of health as a science.
