What will I learn?

  1. Calculate radiographic exposures typically used to produce radiographic images
  2. Outline the inter-relationship of x-ray exposure factors
  3. Explain the operation of key x-ray system components, including fluoroscopy, and their role in achieving optimum image quality.
  4. Predict the affect upon image quality with alterations in exposure.
  5. Discuss the varying equipment designs and their clinical benefits, in a contemporary medical imaging department
  6. Discuss the important role fluoroscopy plays with interventional procedures.
