75-861-976 ELL LEVEL 4 READING - LOW INTERMEDIATE ELL 2020.. The English Language Learner will read to develop low-intermediate English skills. Instruction will incorporate numeracy, civics, technology, workplace skills, and academic language to prepare students for the next ELL level.

- Communicate in various social, workplace, and academic contexts.
- Construct oral and written claims about familiar topics supported with reasons or facts.
