75-861-974 ELL LEVEL 3 SPEAKING/LISTENING - HIGH BEGINNING ELL 2020... The English Language Learner will speak and listen to develop high-beginning English skills. Instruction will incorporate numeracy, civics, technology, workplace skills, and academic language to prepare students for the next ELL level.
