10-526-232 DMS FUNDAMENTALS OF SCANNING ...introduces cross sectional anatomy as it relates to Diagnostic Medical Sonography along with physics principals. Learners are introduced to the basics of general scanning to include operation of equipment, scanning techniques, and organ/vessel identification. (Prerequisites: Accepted into the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program; 10-526-221, Sonography Physics 1)
