10-469-105 DIRECTIONAL DRILLING & HYDRO EXCAVATION OPERATOR TRAINING... Cover daily maintenance checks, safe operation of directional drill and hydro excavation vacuum, job site evaluation and walk through, mixing of drilling fluids, pulling back of product (conduits, gas pipe), safe loading and unloading of directional drill.
What will I learn?
- Use all required PPE (personal protective equipment) when Drilling and Hydro-Excavating.
- Trailer Drill Rig per DOT (department of transportation) requirements.
- Complete a jobsite evaluation and walk through.
- Operate basic functions of a drill rig and hydro-vacuum.
- Produce a successful 60' bore shot using the obtained skills.
