10-526-210 CROSS SECTIONAL ANATOMY ...introduces cross sectional anatomy as related to Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Includes correlating images from other imaging modalities. (Prerequisites: Accepted into the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program; 10-806-177, General Anatomy and Physiology.)

  4. Identify selected thoracic anatomical structures in gross and cross - sectional views.
  5. Identify selected abdominal anatomical structures in gross and cross - sectional views.
  6. Identify selected pelvic anatomical structures in gross and cross - sectional views.
  7. Identify selected vertebral column and spinal cord in gross and cross - sectional views.
  8. Identify selected upper extremity structures in gross and cross - sectional views.
  9. Identify selected lower extremity structures in gross and cross - sectional views.
