10-152-183 ASP.NET ...build interactive, database-driven websites with ASP.NET and C# with Visual Studio, handling web form events, using ASP.NET controls, designing master pages, managing state, and interacting with databases with ASP.NET data-bound controls. (Prerequisites: 10-152-173, Programming in C# Part 1; 10-152-185, Website Coding HTML & CSS; 10-152-125, Database Design)

What will I learn?

  2. Build an ASP.NET website using Visual Studio.
  3. Apply the presentation layer to an ASP.NET website using CSS.
  4. Append ASP.NET Server Controls to an ASP.NET website.
  5. Analyze C# programming concepts.
  6. Create a consistent looking ASP.NET website.
  7. Apply navigational objects within an ASP.NET website.
  8. Implement controls within an ASP.NET MVC View.
  9. Validate user input.
  10. Perform postbacks to the web server using ASP.NET AJAX.
  11. Execute transactions against data using ASP.NET models.
  12. Query data from within ASP.NET syntax using LINQ.
  13. Deploy an ASP.NET website to a web server.
