Compensation – NWTC provides our valued employees with competitive salaries and an excellent paid-time-off package that includes holidays, holiday shutdown, vacation, sick days, and long-term disability.  

Benefits – Employees are eligible for a comprehensive health plan that includes a health savings account contribution in addition to dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement savings plans. The College also wants to protect our employees’ financial well-being by providing college-paid identity theft protection.

Health and Wellness

At NWTC, we value the health and wellbeing of our employees and their families.  

  • Free onsite and near-site clinics are provided for employees and spouses on our health plan – services include primary care, health coaching, dietician services, and physical therapy. 
  • Free physical therapy is provided for all health plan participants at specific Bellin locations.  
  • An onsite fitness center and many fitness class offerings, including a free personal trainer for one on one or small group training, are available to all employees and spouses.

Get paid to learn? Yes! NWTC faculty and staff receive 40 hours of professional development annually – in leadership, technology, diversity/inclusion, instructional excellence, and other areas designed to move the College forward while helping employees grow.
