We can help develop and deploy an Organizational Needs Assessment. Using an Organizational Needs Assessment tool will help you determine whether Essential Skills gaps are affecting your organization's performance and identify which skills may require upgrading.


DiSC® is a personal assessment tool used by more than one million people every year to help improve teamwork, communication, and productivity in the workplace.


The StrengthsFinder assessment is a personal development tool developed by Gallup Education, which provides an individual with their “Top 5” strengths. 34 different strength themes are divided into four domains of Strategic Thinking, Relationship Building, Influencing and Executing.

Five Behaviors®

The Five Behaviors® solutions can help you activate your team’s ability to drive results through cohesive teamwork, whether it is with our Personal Development solution which helps individuals learn the skills they need to “team” effectively, or our Team Development solution which helps intact teams gain the know-how to work better together.

Myers-Briggs (MBTI®)

The MBTI® instrument is a popular training tool for professional development and organizational improvement in all kinds of organizations. MBTI results give people in training programs helpful type feedback about themselves and how they are different from others. In organizations and workplaces the Indicator is particularly useful with teams, for conflict management and performance improvement, for employee coaching, for management development, or for executive coaching.

Mechanical Skills Assessment using the Standard Timing Model (STM)

The Standard Timing Model is our mechanical skills assessment tool used to identify mechanical skills and competencies when hiring Maintenance Professionals, Machine Operators, Electro-Mechanical Personnel, Assemblers and Technicians. There are varying degrees of assessment difficulty depending on the position you’re hiring for.

AWS & ASME Weld Testing

NWTC provides specialized weld training, prequalification, qualification, testing, and certification for individuals and industries throughout Northeast Wisconsin. Our qualified instructors are Certified Welding Inspectors (CWI) and Certified Welding Educators (CWE) through the America Welding Society (AWS).  Training and testing is performed to American Welding Society (AWS) and American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) standards.
