  • Avoiding foreclosure due to missed mortgage and tax payments
  • Reducing energy consumption 
  • Low cost wireless home internet
  • Smartphones and cellular service

Are you in a homeless or transitional housing situation? Facing eviction? We may be able to help! The Student Services team is able to assisti students experiencing (or at risk) of homelessness, who are in transitional living situations, or are seeking safe, stable, and affordable housing options. We can help you stay in school by connecting you to community resources.

To focus on learning, you need food and housing. To support your family, you need a good job. And to get a good job, you need a good education.

Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program (WHEAP) provides assistance with heating costs and non-heating electrical costs. A one-time payment is available to eligible households between October 1 and May 15 of each year. Call 920-448-6460 to apply.

Torch Wireless: If you or someone in your household is receiving FoodShare or participating in the free/reduced lunch program you may qualify for a free smartphone and service. Call 877-998-6724 to apply.

The FCC Affordable Connectivity Program helps ensure that households can afford the broadband they need for work, school, healthcare and more. The benefit provides a discounts toward internet service and devices for eligible households.

AT&T offers low cost wireless home internet service to households that have at least 1 resident that participates in FoodShare. Visit for more information.
