Community Partner Resources

Looking to do a service-learning project? Here you will find the necessary information for service-learning at NWTC, beginning to end.

Getting Started

If you are new to service-learning, we recommend you browse our web pages, to which you can find links on the right. There you will find background information about service-learning at NWTC, contact information, and regular updates about our program.

If you are ready to begin your project, fill out our Intake Form. This form gives us the necessary information to help match you with the best possible group of service-learners.

After you complete the Intake Form please take a brief moment to fill out our survey. It provides us with essential demographic information regarding your organization and the community:

Your Project

We want your service-learning project to go as smoothly as possible, one way to do that is with a Memoranda of Agreement (MOA). Our MOA will be customized to fit your project and need.

Of course, we are always available to assist in whatever capacity we can. We serve as liaisons between our community partners and service-learners.

Project Conclusion

As the axiom goes, all good things come to an end. While service-learners may be exiting your organization, we hope that their work endures long after their departure. Upon conclusion of your service-learning experience, we ask that you complete our exit survey. This survey helps us measure the effectiveness of our service-learners and provides the opportunity for you to give feedback. It also provides us with critical information about our program.
