National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Ending the Silence
"NAMI Ending the Silence" is an engaging, evidence-based presentation focused on mental health awareness, warning signs of mental health conditions, and how to support yourself or others who may be struggling.
The session includes short videos, interactive discussion, and personal testimony from a fellow student sharing their journey to recovery. This free, stigma-reducing program encourages open dialogue and helps participants better understand mental health and available supports.
