Food for Thought Series Presents:
Briana Hansen – Sex Rules: A New Type of Sex Talk
Join us for a bold and refreshing conversation with Briana Hansen, founder of Sex Rules, as part of our Food for Thought Series. In her presentation, "Sex Rules: A New Type of Sex Talk," Briana reimagines how we approach conversations around sex, relationships, and consent.
This isn’t your typical sex ed lecture. Sex Rules is an interactive, multimedia campus experience that blends humor, storytelling, and real talk to challenge outdated norms and empower students with a healthier, more inclusive understanding of sexuality.
What you’ll take away:
- A new framework for thinking and talking about sex that’s inclusive, respectful, and real
- Tools to navigate consent, communication, and boundaries with confidence
- Insight into how cultural messages shape our beliefs—and how to rewrite the ones that don’t serve us
- A safe space to ask questions, reflect, and engage in meaningful dialogue
- A sense of empowerment to define your own “rules” for healthy relationships and sexual well-being
