Personal Well-being Retreat  

For high school students, grades 9-12.

Experience a three-day workshop focused on enhancing your personal well-being.  Activities include goal setting, behavior change strategies, nutrition, stress management, and exercise and movement.  Hands-on activities will enhance personal well-being, can be used to promote wellness to others, and will help participants learn about careers within the field of wellness and health promotion.  Physical activity will be planned; special accommodations can be discussed with program leaders if needed.
