Everyday Chef: Cooking from Scratch Bootcamp  

For high school students, grades 9-12.

Do you binge watch cooking shows?  Are you tired of eating out of the box or fast food?  Do you wish you knew techniques to create your own meal?  Here is an opportunity to learn some cooking and baking techniques to help you start cooking from scratch.  Learn to make Roman style pizza, semolina and garlic bread sticks, Bavarian cream strawberry short cake torte, panko encrusted mozzarella with basil marinara...And if you love this bookcamp, explore the NWTC Culinary Specialist program for your career!
