Curious about computer programming? Learn basic programming skills at NWTC’s “Hour of Code." We’ll have tutorials for people at all levels, instructors from NWTC’s IT programs to guide you AND computers for you to experiment with! Some tutorials include familiar fun characters from Frozen, Star Wars, and Moana. Kids and adults are welcome—it’s open to ages 4 to 104! The event is free, but please preregister so we know you’re coming:

Hour of Code is an international event that reaches tens of millions of students in more than 180 countries. It is a one-hour introduction to computer science, designed to show that anybody can learn the basics.

When you arrive, go to entrance 3. Students arrive between 1-1:30pm. Event begins at 1:30pm and ends at 2:30pm
