After 30 years in the manufacturing industry, Theresa Schindler was “ready to do something different.” So she enrolled in NWTC’s Carpentry program with the goal of gaining skills and confidence for flipping houses.
“One of the big drivers I have is to provide houses to people at a level that maybe they would not have been able to afford on their own,” she said.
