About the episode: This week, two of the College's leaders in getting augmented and virtual reality (AR and VR) technologies into the hands of NWTC students, Jason Trombley and Mike Race, join Garrett in the podcast booth. They work closely with Instructors in various programs around the College to pilot, test, and deploy AR and VR technologies and are also starting a club for students to have fun and explore these technologies outside the classroom.
If you're interested in checking out some of this technology or getting involved in the AR/VR Club, stop by room ET103 on the Green Bay campus or email Jason at jason.trombley@nwtc.edu.
Mike Hagel didn’t come to NWTC just for a degree – he came to build a better life for his wife and five children. He now serves as NWTC’s 2025 WTCS Student Ambassador.
Samantha Mirkes found the support she needed at NWTC to pursue her education. Now thriving in her career, she’s a passionate advocate for the college that helped her achieve her goals.
