About the episode: This week, two of the College's leaders in getting augmented and virtual reality (AR and VR) technologies into the hands of NWTC students, Jason Trombley and Mike Race, join Garrett in the podcast booth. They work closely with Instructors in various programs around the College to pilot, test, and deploy AR and VR technologies and are also starting a club for students to have fun and explore these technologies outside the classroom.
If you're interested in checking out some of this technology or getting involved in the AR/VR Club, stop by room ET103 on the Green Bay campus or email Jason at jason.trombley@nwtc.edu.
Diana Lawler, a retired law enforcement officer, was a student in NWTC’s first EMT class. Now, 35 years later, she is helping prepare aspiring public safety professionals to protect and serve.
Balancing work, family, and college, 2026 NWTC graduate Carla Larson is already putting her degree to work by growing her career and continuing toward her bachelor’s degree.
