Official Transcripts

Request an official transcript when you need to send your education information to another college or an employer. NWTC will send your records directly to the location you specify.

Order Online

Note: When ordering online, there is a $10 fee per official transcript, payable by credit card only. (If you are ordering online while in the Welcome Center on either the Green Bay or Marinette campuses, you may pay with credit card, cash, or check.) After your order, you can check the status of your transcript online.

Unofficial Transcripts

To view and print your unofficial transcript at any time for free: Log into my.NWTC; click on “Academics,” then “Download Unofficial Transcripts".

Non-Credit Transcripts

Request non-credit transcripts for classes such as CPR, first-aid, food service sanitation, responsible beverage server, insurance, forklift driver safety, and more.

  • Order Official Transcripts: Log in to my.NWTC; click on "Academics," then "Order Official Transcript" and be sure to select Non-Credit Transcript on the order form.

GED Transcripts

GED transcripts can be ordered from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Have you taken dual credit courses in high school?

If so, please verify that your grade(s) are posted prior to requesting transcripts, by visiting your my.NWTC portal. We share this information so that you understand the posted grades and the value of these courses at NWTC and other institutions of higher education.

  1. If an AU=Audit grade is posted on your transcript, this will not transfer or count toward a credential at any institution of higher education.
  2. If a High School Articulation/AS course is posted on your transcript, this is an Advanced Standing course that also will not transfer outside of the Wisconsin Technical College System.

For help with choosing a transcript type or help with completing the process, contact us via chat or phone (920) 498-5444.

Note: Transcripts will not be processed unless all outstanding obligations to NWTC are cleared.
