Course Description

10-546-112 WELLNESS COACHING PSYCHOLOGY ...develops an understanding of various psychological factors in the causes and treatment of chronic disease. Emphasis will be placed on factors leading to poor health choices and resistance to lifestyle change. (Prerequisites: Accepted in the Wellness & Health Promotion program; 10-546-104 Intro to Wellness Coaching)
