Course Description

10-801-198 SPEECH ...Explores the fundamentals of effective oral presentation to small and large groups. Topic selection, audience analysis, methods of organization, research, structuring evidence and support, delivery techniques, and other essential elements of speaking successfully, including the listening process, form the basis of the course. (Prerequisite: GPA greater/equal to 2.6; OR Next Gen Rdg score greater/equal to 250 AND Writing score greater/equal to 237; OR ACT Rdg score greater/equal to 15 AND English score greater/equal to 15; OR preparatory course-contact an academic advisor at 920-498-5444.)
