31-442-345 ROBOTIC WELDING PROGRAMMING AND TROUBLESHOOTING ...covers use of industrial robotic welders. Learners will be able to troubleshoot the programs and ensure maximum efficiency of the robotic welders. (Prerequisite: 10-620-170, Robotics-Introduction to)

What will I learn?

  1. Examine safe robotic welding cell setup procedures
  2. Evaluate weld fixturing
  3. Practice programming using Constant Voltage, RMD, Versa-Pulse, and Accu-Pulse weld processes.
  4. Program weld weaving cycles on the robot.
  5. Analyze weld process parameters.
