- Complete the Produce Safety Alliance (PSA) credential
- Summarize the produce safety rule
- Classify farms and produce covered under the rule
- Evaluate farm food safety worker training plans
- Compare the risks of different soil amendments, animals activities and land uses
- Evaluate water quality associated with produce growing, harvest & packing
- Appraise best practices for produce handling, storage, transport (PSR)
- Evaluate a Farm’s Food Safety plan
- Complete sections of the Organic Farm Plan paperwork

Class Notes
This class is taught using live and online instruction. Students will complete portions of the class online with the remaining portion of the class having a choice to attend live or complete online anytime. Live portions of the class will be accessed as live virtual meeting or in-person on dates specified by the instructor.
