Students will use effective written and verbal communication to create agendas, take meeting minutes, itineraries, letters, e-mails, and other business documents. (Prerequisites: 10-106-131, Business Grammar & Proofreading; 10-103-161 MS Outlook, 10-106-142, Software Projects)
