  2. Describe the power of vision and the motive to lead as it shapes organizational climate
  3. Describe the importance of ethics and values in leadership
  4. Explain the importance of authority and empowerment in leadership in the workplace
  5. Discuss the principles of effective leadership, human relations and development teams
  6. Discuss the relevance of human behavior and the art of persuasion in understanding increasingly diverse people
  7. Discuss how to delegate, assign work and multiply the effectiveness of leadership
  8. Discuss the dynamic nature of leader as coach - helping people develop through change
